Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or washed items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at byrdbraincollective.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
