Lost or Stolen Packages
Byrd Brain Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at byrdbraincollective@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
